By using Lyriq Studio, you consent to the practices described in this policy.

Account Information: Name, email address, username, profile picture, payment information.

Usage Data: Prompts entered, lyrics generated, songs saved, features used, session duration, generation history.

Audio Data: If you use Hum2Lyrics™ or voice features, audio recordings are temporarily processed and not stored permanently after transcription.

Payment Data: Billing details processed by Stripe (we never store card numbers on our servers).

Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system, referral URLs.

Communications: Support tickets, emails, and chat messages you send us.

Lyriq Studio uses AI to process your creative inputs. Specifically:

• Prompts & topics you enter are sent to AI models for processing.
• Generated lyrics may be used in anonymized, aggregated form to improve AI quality.
• Audio recordings (Hum2Lyrics™) are transcribed in real-time and not retained beyond session processing.
• We do not share identifiable user content with AI training datasets without explicit consent.
• AI providers we use are contractually bound to data processing restrictions.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:

• Service Providers: Stripe (payments), AI infrastructure providers, cloud hosting (encrypted).
• Legal Compliance: When required by law, court order, or government request.
• Business Transfers: In the event of merger, acquisition, or asset sale (with user notification).
• With Consent: For any other purpose with your explicit consent.

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

• Keep you logged in and remember preferences
