LyriQlly ("LyriQ Flow, Inc.") respects intellectual property rights and complies fully with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512. We respond promptly to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA.
If you believe that content on or generated through LyriQlly infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent. Your notice must include: (1) identification of the copyrighted work; (2) identification of the allegedly infringing material; (3) your contact information; (4) a statement of good faith belief; (5) a statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury; and (6) your physical or electronic signature.
All DMCA notices must be directed to our designated copyright agent: dmca@lyriqlly.com. We will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and process compliant takedown requests within 10 business days.
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification including: your identifying information, identification of the removed content, a statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, your consent to jurisdiction, and your signature.
LyriQlly generates lyrics using artificial intelligence. The outputs are generated programmatically and are not copies of any specific copyrighted work. However, AI generation may occasionally produce content that resembles existing works due to the nature of language models. We encourage users to review outputs before commercial use. Claims related to AI-generated content will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
LyriQlly maintains a policy of terminating accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers under appropriate circumstances. We will process all notices expeditiously and in good faith.
