Content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin is strictly prohibited.
Do not impersonate other artists, creators, public figures, or Lyriq staff. You may channel an artist's style for creative inspiration but must not misrepresent generated content as being from that artist.
Using AI-generated vocals, voice cloning, or deepfake audio to impersonate real artists or individuals without consent is prohibited. This includes creating misleading audio content.
Do not upload, share, or claim ownership of content you don't have rights to. If you incorporate sampled material, ensure you have proper licensing. Report infringement to legal@lyriqstudio.ai.
Do not use the Platform to generate spam, phishing content, misleading advertisements, pyramid schemes, or any fraudulent communications.
Generating content that glorifies, promotes, or facilitates illegal activities including drug trafficking, human trafficking, terrorism, or any other illegal act is strictly prohibited.
Targeted harassment, cyberbullying, threatening language, or any content designed to intimidate, humiliate, or harm specific individuals is not permitted.
Uploading or representing others' original music, lyrics, or creative work as your own is prohibited. All content shared must either be your original creation or properly licensed.
Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination. Serious violations may be reported to relevant authorities. We review all reports within 48 business hours.
