You own the creative output. When you generate lyrics on Lyriq Studio, the resulting text belongs to you — not to Lyriq Labs, Inc. This applies to all subscription tiers.

Commercial rights vary by plan. While you own the content, your right to use it commercially depends on your subscription. See the rights table below.

Copyright registration. AI-generated content currently faces evolving legal standards regarding copyright registration in the US and internationally. We recommend consulting an entertainment attorney before registering AI-assisted works.

Attribution. We encourage — and in some jurisdictions may be required — that you disclose AI involvement when publicly releasing or commercially exploiting generated content.
