Lyriq Studio uses large language models (LLMs) trained on vast creative writing datasets. When you submit a prompt, our AI analyzes your inputs — genre, mood, topic, artist inspiration — and generates original lyrical content. The AI does not simply copy existing songs; it creates new language patterns inspired by the parameters you provide.
Your creative prompts and topics are processed in real-time by our AI infrastructure. Prompts are sent to AI model providers under strict data processing agreements. We do not use your personal prompts to train public AI models without explicit opt-in consent.
While our AI generates new content, we cannot guarantee 100% originality. AI models may produce outputs that resemble existing works — especially in common musical phrases or lyrical structures. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before commercial release.
We are committed to responsible AI deployment. This means: no generation of illegal content, artist voice protection systems, content moderation, transparency about AI involvement, and ongoing safety improvements.
Our Artist Inspiration Mode is designed to channel stylistic elements — vocabulary, cadence, emotional tone — not to clone or replicate an artist's actual recordings or voice. Artists may request review of their inclusion in inspiration features by contacting legal@lyriqstudio.ai.
Current copyright law is evolving regarding AI-generated content. The originality and ownership of AI-generated lyrics remains legally uncertain in many jurisdictions. Paid plan subscribers receive our commercial use rights grant for Platform-generated content, but this does not guarantee copyright registration eligibility.
The following uses of AI voice and audio generation are strictly prohibited on Lyriq Studio:
Creating unauthorized voice clones of real artists or public figures
Generating audio content that impersonates living or deceased persons
Using AI voice features to spread misinformation or fabricated statements
Commercial release of AI voice content that falsely implies real artist performance
Generating deepfake audio for harassment, fraud, or defamation
Lyriq Studio recommends that all users disclose AI assistance when publicly sharing or commercially releasing content generated on our Platform. This is both an ethical best practice and may become a legal requirement under emerging AI disclosure legislation.
